Each plan includes a monthly chat allowance. Usage beyond it is billed at the published per-model rates for the model you choose (selectable in Settings). Your Billing page shows exactly what went over and on which model. On Teams, members' overage is pooled and billed to the group owner.

Can I try Mentagent before committing?
Yes. The Free plan gives you access to core platform skills with no time limit. When you're ready for custom skills and group collaboration, upgrade to Pro.
What is the Leadership add-on?
Leadership adds group management capabilities on top of your Pro subscription. You can create groups, invite members, and share skills across your team. It's ideal for team leads who want to organize their agents.
Can I have more than one assistant?
Yes. Every account includes one assistant. You can add extra assistants for $20/month each — each has its own name, voice, and personality, while sharing your connected accounts and deal knowledge. Give an assistant its own phone number for voice and SMS for $15/month.
How does Teams pricing work?
Teams is priced per seat with a 5-seat minimum. Each seat includes full Pro access plus the Leadership layer. Contact us for volume discounts above 20 seats.
What happens if I use more chat than my plan includes?
Each plan includes a monthly chat-token allowance. If you go beyond it, the additional usage is billed at the published per-model rates — your assistant model is selectable in Settings, and larger models bill at higher rates. Your Billing page shows exactly which tokens went over and on which model. For Teams, each member gets their own allowance and any overage is pooled and billed to the group owner.
What happens when my Early Access period ends?
Your account converts to a paid Pro subscription. You'll be notified well in advance, and all your skills, settings, and group memberships are preserved.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data is always preserved.
Do you offer discounts for large teams?
Yes. Contact us for custom pricing on teams of 20 or more seats.
